The amount of knowledge that I gained in these 3 days was simply amazing. Santiago was an awesome teacher and explained the regulations to where everyone could understand them. The books and handouts are very useful to reference the regulations. His past experiences enabled him to give different perspectives from the different businesses he was involved with. I loved the class and highly recommended it. I look forward to part II.
