Services provided on-site at your location and includes the following:

• Unlimited DOT consultation questions or concerns answered via email or phone
• Conduct a complete assessment and corrective action plan for your company’s DOT Safety Program
• Assistance/creation with Driver Qualification files & hiring process
• Assistance/creation with Vehicle Maintenance files
• Assistance with setting up required permit systems requirements (Clearinghouse, IRP, IFTA, TXDMV, etc.)
• Assistance with truck permit books and ELD programs including policies and procedures
• Monthly Safety Meeting – training your drivers on DOT related areas such as the out of service criteria, CDL law, roadside inspections, pre-trip inspections, etc. or providing the material to train your drivers in-house
• Monthly DOT inspections on your equipment (trucks and trailers)
• Audit Assistance – preparation for a DOT audit or post-audit corrective actions including abatement procedures to achieve satisfactory rating
• Representation for DOT New Entrant Safety or Compliance Review audits
• Policy Manual – Creation and revision of the manual as needed or requested (driving, drug and alcohol, etc.)
• Submitting of DataQ Reviews – Review of current and past roadside inspections to remove violations and help lower your SMS rating scores
• Assistance with any of your customers request for DOT concerns (monthly reporting, explanation of SMS scores
• Advising services for any civil litigation matters that arise while this agreement is active including traffic crash lawsuits, workplace injury lawsuits, etc.
