DOT COMPLIANCE ASSISTANCE (ON-SITE OR OFF-SITE)

I offer exclusive DOT Compliance coaching assistance to motor carriers through a service agreement. This is designed for motor carriers needing a resource for all their DOT questions and concerns. These agreements can be customized to your company's specific needs as well as outlining services provided in-person or virtually. I will have a monthly Zoom meeting with your company to discuss all your concerns and includes reviews of your operation to ensure all risks are managed correctly and effectively (i.e. operating permits, driver files, vehicle files, training program, hours of service, all record-keeping requirements, etc.) and that you are not spending more money than necessary.

The reality is that DOT Compliance for transportation companies is only managed correctly when you have a full-time employee or team, assigned to those duties and responsibilities, period. This coaching service is a program using my experience and education to help your employee or team establish effective and thorough processes to ensure that your safety program will succeed. You can also be assured that your company will be prepared for any FMCSA Audit or civil litigation after crashes.
