OPERATION REVIEW ON-SITE (TEXAS) - $3500 / OUT OF STATE - $5000
I will conduct a full assessment of your company operation to determine readiness for investigation by either FMCSA for an audit, or by attorneys after an incident. I will evaluate your permits, driver qualification files and hiring process, vehicle maintenance program and files, and and safety program standards. I will also provide you with any missing item templates for any deficiencies noted during the review. (8 HRS)
MOCK DOT AUDIT (OFF-SITE) - $1500
I will conduct a review on (1) driver qualification file and (1) vehicle maintenance file to determine audit readiness and provide recommendations. I will discuss all findings with you through Zoom.

DOT COMPLIANCE (CONTRACTED MONTHLY SERVICES - $3500)
I offer DOT Compliance consulting assistance to motor carriers. This is designed for motor carriers needing a resource to get their DOT questions and concerns addressed, with the focus of empowering their employees to maintain a safety program internally. This coaching service is a program using my experience and education to help employees establish long-term effective and thorough processes to ensure that their safety program will succeed. This service ensures your that carrier are as ready as possible for an audit or investigation. Consulting services are provided through a working monthly service agreement tailored to a company's specific needs.
Services include the following:
- Unlimited DOT consultation questions or concerns answered via email or phone
- Conduct a complete assessment and corrective action plan for your company’s DOT Safety Program
- Assistance/creation with Driver Qualification files & hiring process
- Assistance/creation with Vehicle Maintenance files
- Assistance with setting up required permit systems requirements (Clearinghouse, IRP, IFTA, TXDMV, etc.)
- Assistance with truck permit books and ELD programs including policies and procedures
- Monthly Safety Meeting – training your drivers on DOT related areas such as the out of service criteria, CDL law, roadside inspections, pre-trip inspections, etc. or providing the material to train your drivers in-house
- Monthly DOT inspections on your equipment (trucks and trailers)
- Audit Assistance – preparation for a DOT audit or post-audit corrective actions including abatement procedures to achieve satisfactory rating
- Representation for DOT New Entrant Safety or Compliance Review audits
- Policy Manual – Creation and revision of the manual as needed or requested (driving, drug and alcohol, etc.)
- Submitting of DataQ Reviews – Review of current and past roadside inspections to remove violations and help lower your SMS rating scores
- Assistance with any of your customers request for DOT concerns (monthly reporting, explanation of SMS scores
- Advising services for any civil litigation matters that arise while this agreement is active including traffic crash lawsuits, workplace injury lawsuits, etc.
OSHA COMPLIANCE (CONTRACTED MONTHLY SERVICES - $3500)
I also offer OSHA Compliance consulting services to assist your employees safety related concerns and requirements. With over 13 years of (HSE) safety experience, I can assure your company will have an established and acceptable safety program. I will also assist in any legal matters concerning safety and a representative for any OSHA initiated enforcement actions or customer-related requests.
