REFUND POLICY

Thank you for doing business with Safety Compliance & Training LLC! We strive to provide our customers the best service, however we understand that periodically, issues may arise that necessitate the request for a refund. Listed below is our refund policy, any questions or concerns can be addressed and directed to (admin@safetycomplianceandtraining.com).

 

Refunds - Full

Safety Compliance & Training LLC's primary service is delivering training either online or in-person. If you have registered to attend any of our courses, you may receive a full refund under the following conditions:

- A request for refund is made no less than 7 days before the selected course is to commence; or

- Safety Compliance & Training LLC cancels the course; or

- Safety Compliance & Training LLC reschedules the course and the student cannot attend new dates.

- *If applicable, the student returns all training materials and the materials are in acceptable condition for reissuing *(only applies to online training), students are responsible for all return shipping costs and fees.

- If any items are not returned, the cost will be deducted from the refund.

**Refund will only be issued after items are received.**

 

Refunds - Partial

Partial refunds may also be issued under the following conditions:

- Any refund request less than 7 days is subject to a 30% fee; and

- *If applicable, the student returns all training materials and the materials are in acceptable condition for reissuing *(only applies to online training), students are responsible for all return shipping costs and fees.

- If any items are not returned, the cost of the material will be added on top of the 30% refund fee. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

**Refund will only be issued after items are received.**

 

No Refund

No refund will be issued under the following conditions:

- Any refund request less than 2 days before the scheduled training date; or

- The student fails to attend the training; or

- The student leaves before completing the training (emergency conditions or situations will be evaluated on a case by case basis); or

- The course sells out and the cancellation would have otherwise allowed another student to attend.

 

Exchange

Students may request at any time, to attend a different schedule training course in place of choosing a refund. If an adjustment of pricing for the course increases, the original price paid will be honored and no additional fee will be charged.
