In addition to unlimited consultation services, I also offer options include a full working day or days at your requested location providing training and coaching assistance to your employee or employees responsible for managing your DOT Compliance safety program. This would include complete reviews of your operation to ensure all risks are managed correctly and effectively (i.e. operating permits, driver files, vehicle files, training program, hours of service, all record-keeping requirements, etc.) and that you are not spending more money than necessary. These options are built on a contract service agreement based on month to month terms with no long term commitment.

The reality is that DOT Compliance for transportation companies is only managed correctly when you have a full-time employee or team, assigned to those duties and responsibilities, period. This on-site service is a coaching program using my experience and education to help your employee or team establish effective and thorough processes to ensure that your safety program will succeed. You can also be assured that your company will be prepared for any FMCSA Audit or civil litigation after crashes.
