Mr. Santiago is very knowledgeable and thorough. Not only was he a DOT Officer but also worked in the industry. He knows his stuff. He is very helpful and respectful. He will answer any questions that you may have. It was an excellent class and my company is already talking about signing me up for the monthly classes.
