I went into this course

I went into this course thinking that some old guy with a monotone voice was going to talk me to sleep while I try to learn about DOT compliance, but I was wrong. Santiago, the instructor, makes the three day course fun and interesting all while still being an effective instructor. He makes the course interactive and fun and makes sure that all questions are answered and that everyone understands each section before moving forward. He will also provide you with laminated cheat sheet after each section so you can later reference. I highly recommend any of Santiago’s courses, he’s a great instructor and designs his courses in a way that are fun and engaging.
