I recently completed the DOT Compliance Manager Course with Mr. Santiago as the instructor, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Santiago is an outstanding instructor who goes beyond simply teaching the material he ensures that each student truly understands the concepts. He takes the time to show exactly where the information can be found in the book, clearly, which makes learning both practical and transparent. I highly recommend this course and any others taught by Santiago. I plan to return for the Commercial Vehicle & Brake Inspector Training.
