DOT COMPLIANCE SERVICES

You can hire me to be to oversee your company's DOT Compliance Program and assist with handling all of your concerns and questions. The monthly cost is dependent on your company's specific needs and the amount of time I will spend working at your office or locations. With over 18 years of DOT compliance experience both on the enforcement side and company side, your employees will be coached to manage your program with the most effective and successive methods.

 

Through a monthly service agreement, I can assist your company and employees with the following items:

  • Unlimited DOT Consultation via email or phone
  • Assistance with driver qualification files
  • Assistance with vehicle maintenance files
  • Assistance with permit books and ELD programs
  • Monthly Safety Meeting (as schedule allows) – training your drivers on DOT related areas such as the out of service criteria, CDL law, roadside inspections, pre-trip inspections, etc. or providing the material to train your drivers in-house
  • Training – any requested course such as Reasonable Suspicion, HazMat Driver, etc
  • Periodic DOT inspections on your equipment (trucks and trailers)
  • Assistance with obtaining any permits / registration (IFTA / HVUT / Oversize & Overweight, WHP)
  • Audit Assistance and Representation – preparation for a DOT audit or post-audit corrective actions including abatement procedures to achieve satisfactory rating
  • Drug & Alcohol Policy Manual – Creation and revision of the manual as needed or requested
  • DataQ Reviews – Review of current and past roadside inspection to remove violations lowering SMS rating scores
  • Assistance with any of your customers request for DOT concerns
  • Civil matters consultation – I will advise on best practices and interests on behalf your company to reduce or eliminate potential liabilities concerning vehicles crashes, driver investigations, or any related litigation issues that may arise
